We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The contemporary rooms were excellent, with great facilities and a fantastic shower. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We found the hotel to be very children friendly, with great swimming pool and play room, as well as a fantastic gym that we sadly didn't have the time to use.

This hotel is a perfect venue for a luxurious stay. the room advantages are amazing with the private facilities that I've never experienced before. the staff provided outstanding service from check, in to check, out and the location allowed me easy access to nearby attractions.

There was a minor issue with the swimming pool being smaller than anticipated. Despite this, all the other exclusive amenities, including the restaurant and in, room breakfast, exceeded my expectations.

I spent my Easter holidays at a hotel in Taichung and although it wasn't perfect, there were a couple of things that I did appreciate. the gym was a great place to workout in the morning. It had a wide range of equipment for any type of exercise routine. the hotel was in a perfect location for anyone who wants to explore the area. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, making it very convenient. Lastly, the hotel had a lovely room with a great view from the balcony.

There were a couple of things that let the hotel down. the breakfast was very disappointing.

While the location has many restaurants nearby, the breakfast was barely average. Our room was decently clean, but the towels were of poor quality and the equipment outdated.

The customer service at this hotel was abysmal, with rude and unhelpful staff members.

Couldn't fault.

We had a lovely romantic escape and enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and spacious with great amenities, and the staff was very courteous and accommodating. We loved the central location and the fact that there were many restaurants and cafes nearby for us to explore. Also, the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and provided a good start to our day.

There were a few things that could have been better. The parking was a bit of a hassle, and we had trouble finding a spot. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not very reliable and kept cutting out. though, we would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in the area.
